Use the main building entrance at the address above.

During business hours, the main street doors are open — enter and go directly to the elevators.

After‑hours entry:

If the doors are closed, enter this code at the main entrance keypad: #1287 (include the #)
The door unlocks — pull it open or press the wheelchair‑access button for automatic opening.

Directions to Apartment 472

Follow these steps from the elevator.

  1. Take the elevator to the 4th floor.
  2. When exiting the elevator, you will see one apartment hallway to your left.
  3. Turn right into this hallway and walk all the way to the end.
  4. At the end, turn right.
  5. Apartment 472 is the first door on your right.

Location: entry hallway.

  • Tap the side to wake the screen.
  • Swipe up to increase temperature; swipe down to decrease.
  • If needed, message the host with your preferred temperature (remote adjustments available).

House Rules

Please help us keep the home safe and comfortable for everyone.

No smoking — strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and anywhere near the building. Smoke detectors are active 24/7.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Trash & Recycling

Please follow these guidelines to avoid odors and building fines.

Inside the apartment

  • Black trash can (regular trash): next to the balcony door.
  • Blue recycling bin: under the kitchen sink (dry recyclables only).
  • Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink.

Valet trash service

  • Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
  • Regular trash must be properly bagged and placed outside the apartment door.
  • Recycling must be in a separate bag (do not place only the blue bin outside).
Trash Room: On the same floor near the garage entrance, labeled “Trash Room”. Available any day, any time.

Washer & Dryer

Laundry closet near the kitchen.

  • Washer on the bottom, dryer on top (behind the slatted/vented door).
  • Laundry supplies are on top of the machine; a step ladder is available if needed.

Cleaning supplies: broom & mop in the laundry closet; cleaning products and plastic bags under the kitchen sink.

Kitchen & Appliances

Gas stove + over‑the‑range microwave.

  • Gas stove: automatic ignition — turn knob to LITE to ignite.
  • Microwave: includes exhaust fan and stove lighting.

Coffee (Keurig)

Capsules provided.

  1. Turn on the machine using the side button on the base.
  2. Lift the lid, insert a capsule, and close.
  3. Select 6 oz, 8 oz, or 10 oz.

TV, Streaming & Wine Opener

Entertainment basics, plus a fun detail.

  • TV includes an Amazon Fire Stick with major apps installed (guests may log in with their own accounts).
  • Wine opener: inside the TV cabinet, behind the right‑side door, stored in a chess board box.
  • One side holds the chess pieces, the other holds wine accessories.
Feel free to enjoy a glass of wine while playing chess — a perfect way to unwind.

Bathroom

Toiletries and shower tips.

  • Towels are in the linen closet inside the bathroom (behind the door).
  • Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided in the shower.
  • To activate the shower, pull the pin above the tub faucet.

Common Areas

Located on the 2nd floor.

  • Bring the RFID tag to access building doors.
  • Amenities: gym, game room, meeting room, library, pool.
  • Pool season: Memorial Day (May) through Labor Day (September).
